Freedom Claims Management, Inc. dedicates one person to process claims and handle customer service for the group’s participants. A toll free number is provided on the ID card, allowing the plan participant to have personal contact with their claims examiner at no cost to them.

- Claims are processed and released on a schedule set up by the group. We are able to process claims weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
